Graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Physics Department. After graduating from university, he worked at the USSR Academy of Sciences. 

In 1992-1998 he studied and worked in the USA. He holds an MBAdegreefrom Hardford University (USA) with a specialisation in corporate finance and certificates in auditing, taxes,and financial accounting CMA and CPA. After graduation, he worked as a financial manager at Pratt & Whitney.

From 2003 to 2009, he was headingthe development company Open Investments (OPIN).

In 2007 he founded the "Agranta"Group.

From 2009 to 2019 – General Director of the Rosa Khutor ski resort development company.

In 2019 he set upthe Vasta Discovery company.

Sergey Bachin was awarded the Order of Alexander Nevsky (2014), the Order of Honour (2023), the Order of the Russian Orthodox Church of the Holy Blessed Prince Daniel of Moscow, II degree (2013), and the Order of St. Sergius of Radonezh, II degree (2024).

Among the awards are also a Certificate of Gratitude from the Government of the Russian Federation (2012), a badge “Honorary Builder” (2013), and a commemorative medal “XXII Olympic Winter Games and XI Paralympic Winter Games 2014 in Sochi” (2014).

Graduated from the Moscow State Law Academy, specialising in Jurisprudence.

From 2000 to 2008, she held the position of Commercial Director at ZAO Gals-management (AFK Sistema Group).

From 2008 to 2015 - Director of the Legal Department of the “Agranta”Group.

From 2015 to date, she holds the position of General Director of the “Agranta”Group.
