Rich domestic cheese-making history, preserved Soviet equipment, and unique documents—that's what gave an idea of creating an ecosystem that naturally brought together the interactive museum space "Molokopriemka," the cheese restaurant "SyrBor," the museum-factory "SyrKultProsvet," and the company store selling local goods.This led to the establishment of the country's only cheese-related industrial and gastronomy tourism hub.
